摘　　要：实施区域卫生信息资源规划是高标准、高起点地促进医疗卫生信息化建设向更深、更广和更高方向发展的必然要求。从武汉市区域卫生信息资源规划出发,通过对武汉市区域卫生信息资源规划的目的、方法和技术路线的研究,提出了武汉市区域卫生信息资源规划的概念模型、功能模型和数据模型。The implementation of regional health information resource planning is the necessary requirement from a high-standard, high starting point to promote the construction of medical and health information to the deeper, broader and higher development. The text takes the regional health information resource planning of Wuhan city as an example, discuss the purposes, methods and techniques of the planning of regional health information resource, and put forward the conceptual model, functional model and data model of the regional health information resources planning of Wuhan city.
