摘　　要：通过对武汉市居民标准化健康档案的现状分析,标准化健康档案模型、总体框架和业务流程分析,标准化健康档案主要内容的介绍,标准化健康档案信息化示范点建设成果的分析,找出实际应用的方法和模式。This paper introduces the status analysis of the standard electronic health record of residents in Wuhan, Standardized Electronic Health Record model, the overall framework and business process analysis, the introductionof the main contents of Standard Electronic Health Record, the analysis of the results of the building of information technology demonstration of the standard electronic health record, and identify the practical application of methods andmodels.
