摘　　要：通过对军队区域医疗信息化特点的分析,论述了应用再工程方法创建该类系统的思路和设计路线,并阐述了此方法的优点和系统应用效益。By the analysis of the characteristics of military regional medical information, the ideas and design routes of create this system by the method of re-engineering was discussed. The advantages of this method and the effectiveness of the system were elaborated.
