摘　　要：内镜的清洗消毒管理已经成为当前医院感染管理的一个新的突出问题,其危害相当严重。内镜病人医源性感染主要是由于操作流程不规范、清洗消毒时间不够、清洗消毒剂不合格等原因造成。根据卫生部"内镜清洗消毒技术操作规范(2004年版)",提出一种基于RFID的内镜清洗消毒追踪系统方案,实现对内镜清洗、消毒、保存、使用的全过程的监控,以达到规范操作流程、控制清洗消毒时间、降低内镜病人感染的机会、提高医疗安全的可追溯性等目的。The cleaning and disinfection management of endoscopes is important for hospital infection management. The causes of endoscope patient＇ s hospital infection are nonstandard operating procedures, not enough time to clean and disinfect, and unqualified disinfectant. Based on the Criterion of the Operation Technique of the Cleaning and Disinfection of the Endoscopes published by the Ministry of Health in 2004, we designed a RFID-based Electronic Tracking System of Cleaning and Disinfection of Endoscopes. It monitors the cleaning, disinfection, store and using of endoscopes. The result is standard operating procedures, the enough time to clean and disinfect, the reduced hospital infection of endoscope patient, the increased traceability of medical safety.
