摘　　要：建立互联网环境下的电子病历档案系统,达到病历档案信息资源共享、服务网络化。通过对电子病历档案涉及的各子系统(HIS、PACS、LIS、病案统计系统等)进行整合,建立数据库接口与对接互联,实现数据共享,开发互联网环境下的电子病历档案系统。各子系统成功对接互联,研发的电子病历档案系统实现了病历档案信息共享和服务网络化。电子病历档案系统可为病历档案信息使用者提供不受时间和地域限制的、方便灵活、高效质优的服务,进而提高病历档案信息价值和社会经济效益。An Internet-based electronic medical records system is established to meet the need ot snaring tne resources of medical records and the network of services. Methods： To integrate medical record-related sub-systems such as HIS, PACS, LIS and medical record statistical systems, to establish a database interface and docking connectivity in order to share data and to develop the internet-based electronic medical records system. Results： Subsystems are docked successfully and electronic medical records system is developed to share medical records information and network of service. Conclusions： Electronic medical records system can provide the users of medical records information with more convenient and flexible, and efficient high-quality services without time and geographical constraints and thus enhances the value of medical records information and social and economic benefits.
