三维多功能牵引为主综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症183例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨三维多功能牵引为主综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的康复疗效。方法以电脑牵引为主综合治疗不同类型的腰椎间盘突出症患者，参照“腰椎疾患治疗成绩评分表”对治疗前后的腰椎功能评定。结果采用多方位三维多功能牵引治疗年龄在25—50岁之间无手术适应证之腰椎间盘突出症183例患者，5年随访观察总有效率达96．72％。结论多方位三维多功能牵引方法简单，效果较好。Objective To pursue the effective treatment of lumbar vertebra protruding using three-dimensional multi-functional tractor. Methods Mainly based on the computer-aid tractor, try to comprehensively treat patients suffering from lumbar vertebra protruding of different types. And to make an assessment about the lumbar vertebra functions before and after the treatment according to ＂the chart of the accomplishment on the treatment of lumbar vertebra protruding sufferers＂. Results One hundred and eighty-three lumbar vertebra protruding sufferers without any operation indication, aged between 25 and 50, have received the three-dimensional multi-functional treatment in our hospital. And the rate of the treatment effectiveness on five-year random observation has reached as high as 96. 72%. Conclusion A Three-dimensional multi-functional treatment is simple and has good effect.
