彩色多谱勒超声对下肢深静脉血栓的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨下肢深静脉血栓形成的彩色多谱勒超声诊断价值。方法对32例临床确诊下肢深静脉血栓患者，以实时二维超声和探头适当加压观察，彩色血流显示和多谱勒检测，观察血栓形成的部位、范围、管腔宽度及栓塞程度。结果二维彩色多谱勒超声诊断右下肢血栓10例，左下肢血栓20例，双下肢血栓1例，漏诊1例，左下肢患病高于右下肢，左：右≈2：1，准确率97％。结论彩色多谱勒超声对诊断下肢深静脉血栓准确、无创伤、特异性高。Objective To study the diagnostic value of two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound for the formation of thrombosis in lower limbs deep vein. Methods Clinical diagnosis of 32 cases of deep venous thrombosis, and the probe in real-time two-dimensional ultrasound observation of proper pressure, Doppler color flow display and detection of thrombosis observed the location, extent, lumen width and the degree of embolization. Results Two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of right lower limb thrombosis in 10 cases,20 cases of thrombosis of left lower limb, both lower limbs thrombosis in 1 case, 1 case of missed diagnosis, higher prevalence of left leg right leg, left ： right ≈ 2 ： 1, accurate rate is 97 %. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of lower limbs deep venous thrombosis is accurately, non-invasive, high specificity.
