摘  要:目的:从百合中提取百合多糖,后与铁(Ⅲ)合成百合多糖铁复合物(LPC),建立LPC中铁含量的测定方法。方法:热水浸泡法提取百合多糖;在碱性条件下,百合多糖水溶液与三氯化铁反应合成LPC;用邻菲罗啉分光光度法和原子吸收光谱法测定LPC中铁(Ⅲ)的含量。结果:LPC是深棕红色无定型粉末,LPC中铁(Ⅲ)的含量:邻菲罗啉分光光度法测定结果为20.81%,原子吸收光谱法测定结果为20.10%。结论:邻菲罗啉分光光度法和原子吸收光谱法的测定结果基本一致。Objective:Lily polysaccharide was extracted from lily,then lily polysaccharide-Fe(Ⅲ) complex(LPC) was synthesized with lily polysaccharide and FeCl 3 .We will establish the method of determination of iron in LPC.Method:Lily polysaccharide was abstracted with warm water;LPC was synthesized with lily polysaccharide and FeCl 3 under the alkaline condition;The determination of Fe(Ⅲ) was done with the method of ferroin-Fe(Ⅱ) and atomic absorption spectrophometry.Result:LPC was heavy brownish red and shapeless powder.Content of Fe(Ⅲ) at LPC was 20.81%(ferroin-Fe(Ⅱ) ) and 20.10%(atomic absorption) .Conclusion:The results are about the same.
