广西甜茶总黄酮的体外抗肿瘤作用

摘　　要：目的:研究广西甜茶总黄酮(RSTF)体外抗肿瘤作用。方法:广西甜茶总黄酮经60%的乙醇提取,聚酰胺柱分离后,用化学反应、薄层层析法及高效液相法进行鉴定;采用MTT法对肿瘤株S180(小鼠移植性肉瘤细胞)、H22(小鼠腹水型肝癌细胞)、L1210(小鼠白血病细胞)进行RSTF体外抗肿瘤作用筛选。结果:广西甜茶总黄酮在体外对肿瘤株S180,H22,L1210的增殖具有一定的抑制作用,其中对H22抑制作用最强(IC5046.31μg·mL-1);对S180抑制作用次之(IC5071.48μg·mL-1),对L1210抑制作用最弱(IC50163.59μg·mL-1)。结论:广西甜茶总黄酮在体外可抑制S180,H22和L1210肿瘤株的增殖。Objective：To study the anti-tumor effect in vitro of total flavone from rubrus suavissimus（RSTF） . Method：RSTF was extracted with 60% alcohol,separated by polyamide column,determined by chemical reaction,TLC and HPLC. MTT method was adopted to screen for mouse tumor cells S 180（transplanted sarcoma cell in mice） ,H 22（transplanted ascitic type of liver cancer cell in mice） and L 1210（leukemia cells in mice） . Results：RSTF could inhibit the proliferation on S 180,H 22 and L 1210 in vitro,while the best inhibitory effect on H 22（IC50 46. 31 μg·mL^-1） and the better inhibitory effect on S 180（IC50 71. 48 μg·mL^-1） . Conclusion：The results show that RSTF can inhibit the growth of S 180,H 22 and L 1210.
