摘 要:以欢喜岭AH-90沥青为基质沥青,采用添加SBS改性剂的方法制得SBS改性沥青。其针入度、软化点、延度等指标符合JTJ036—98I-C标准,对其进行第一次老化,制得废旧SBS改性沥青。对废旧SBS改性沥青再加入适量的再生剂和SBR,使废旧SBS改性沥青的理化指标重新恢复到JTJ036—98I-C标准的要求,制得再生SBS改性沥青,再对其进行第二次老化。结果表明废旧SBS改性沥青可以通过再生的方法加以重新利用。This experiment selected Huanxiling AH-90 asphalt as the base asphalt.the SBS modified asphalt was obtained by adding SBS modifier. The penetration,softening point, ductility and other index could meet the JTJ036-98 I-C standard, through its first aging, the waste SBS modified asphalt was obtained. An appropriate amount of regeneration agent and SBR were added into waste SBS modified asphalt, so that the physical and chemical index of waste SBS modified asphalt could meet the JTJ036-98 I-C standard again, therefore the regenerated SBS modified asphalt was prepared, and then its secondary aging was carried out. The result indicated that the waste SBS modified asphalt could be re-used by regeneration method.
