摘  要:用不同硅烷偶联剂改性二氧化硅用于制备单组分聚氨酯密封胶,并考察了改性后密封胶的100%模量、断裂伸长率、储存性能、与玻璃粘接性能及触变性能。结果表明:KH-570改性二氧化硅所制备的单组分聚氨酯密封胶具有最佳的综合性能。添加2.5%的KH-570改性二氧化硅,聚氨酯密封胶的100%模量为0.67MPa,拉伸强度为1.53MPa,断裂伸长率为610%,与玻璃100%内聚破坏粘接,储存性能及触变性能良好。Silica modified by different silane coupling agents was used to prepare one component polyurethane sealant. The properties of modified sealant were investigated, including 100% modulus, elongation at break, storage stability, adhesion with glass, and thixotropic property. It was found that the one component polyurethane sealant had excellent comprehensive properties which was prepared with siliea modified by KH-570. When the addition amount of KH-570 was 2.5%, the sealant had the properties as follows: its 100% modulus was 0.67MPa, the tensile strength was 1.53MPa, the elongation at break was 610%,and the cohesive failure rate with glass was 100%, and it had good storage stability and tbixotropic property.
