摘　　要：从2004年开始在5年内跟踪调查了全国293个技术开发类转制科研机构,以经济能力为核心建立评价我国科研机构转制效果的指标体系,并依据已有的研究成果,把调查涉及到的28个省市分为6个有明显特征的区域,据此对原始统计数据进行分类、整理,最后用因子分析法进行实证研究,并用相关分析法对因子分析的一些结果做出进一步的解释。This study investigate the two hundreds and ninety three research institutions annually from 2004, and found the index system of the innovation＇s effect about research institutions that have been transformed into the industrial system at the core of economic ability. The study compartmentalizes the twenty eight provinces to six different districts according to the existent research progeny, and classifies and packs up the statistical data based on it. Finally, the study analyzes these data by making use of factor analysis, and testifies it＇s certain ends by using correlative analysis.
