摘　　要：日本和韩国在知识产权战略实施方面积累了丰富的经验。首先回顾日、韩知识产权战略的演变过程；其次重点阐述日、韩知识产权战略的内容体系和实施特色；最后，对日韩知识产权战略进行比较，并结合我国目前知识产权战略的发展现状提出了一些借鉴与启示。It has accumulated a wealth of experience about implementation of the intellectual property strategy in Japan and Korea. Firstly it recalls the evolution of intellectual property strategy in Japan and Korea. Secondly it focuses on the contents of system and implementation of characteristics . Lastly it compares the intellectual property strategy in Japan and Korea, and it raises a number of reference and inspiration in line with the development of China＇s current situation of implementing the intellectual property strategy.
