腹腔镜下肝囊肿开窗术60例临床治疗体会

摘　　要：目的：探讨腹腔镜手术治疗先天性肝囊肿的效果。方法：系统性回顾分析我院2004~2008年间60例腹腔镜治疗肝囊肿手术的手术疗效及临床效果。结果：58例腹腔镜下完成手术,2例中转开腹,手术中位时间为50 min。全组病例无严重并发症,59例术后痊愈,1例术后复发。结论：腹腔镜肝囊肿开窗术疗效确切,具有创伤小,恢复快等优点,只要术前准备充分,术中熟练操作,是治疗先天性囊肿合理、有效的方法。Objective：To evaluate laparoscopic surgery for congenital liver cyst results.Methods：Systematic review methods in our hospital between 2004 and 2008 60 case of Laparoscopic treatment of hepatic cyst surgery and clinical effects of surgicaltreatment.Results： 58 case operation was completed laparoscopically and 2 were converted to laparotomy,the median operative time was 50 min.All the patients without severe complications,59 case were cured,one case of recurrence.Conclusion： Laparoscopic fenestration of liver cysts is effective,with less trauma and quicker recovery,etc,as long as adequate preparation,intraoperative skilled operation,is the treatment of congenital liver Cysts reasonable and effective way.
