摘　　要：寰枢椎椎弓根螺钉固定技术是近年来临床常用的手术方法,对治疗上颈椎疾患具有重要的意义。目前随着科学技术的进步,其研究发展越来越快。本文将对已经进行的寰枢椎椎弓根螺钉固定技术研究做一综述。Technology about screw fixation through pedicle of vertebral arch of atlas and axis is a common and clinical operative style of late years,and has important significance for treatment of upper cervical spinal disease.At present,study on the development of this technology is very rapid with the progress in science.This article reviewed the study of technology about screw fixation through pedicle of vertebral arch of atlas and axis.
