摘 要:采用固定床流动反应器,研究CuO、Cr2O3、MnO2、Fe2O3、Ni2O3等单元金属氧化物及它们形成的复合氧化物对CO还原NO反应的催化活性.结果表明,在500℃800ml/m3NO-0.2%CO-2.0%CO2-N2气氛中CO还原NO的能力很小,稳定还原率(SRR)仅为1.50%.所有单元金属氧化物及复合氧化物对CO还原NO反应均表现出一定的催化活性,Fe2O3、Ni2O3、Fe-Ni-Ox、Ni-Cu-Ox、Ni-Cu-Mn-Ox等对该反应表现出较高的催化活性,SRR值分别为100.00%,96.10%,100.00%,100.00%和100.00%.初步探讨了金属氧化物对CO还原NO反应的催化机理符合Redox机理.The catalytic activities of CuO,Cr 2O 3,MnO 2,Fe 2O 3 and Ni 2O 3 and the complex metallic oxides formed by the single oxides on reduction of NO by CO,were studied in a packed bed reactor.The results showed that in the atmosphere of 800ml/m 3 NO 0 2% CO 2 0% CO 2 N 2 with the preheating temperature of 500℃ it was difficult to reduce NO by CO,with the stable reduction ratio (SRR) of NO only 1 5%.All metallic oxides and complex metallic oxides used in the present experiments gave certain catalytic effect on reduction of NO by CO.Fe 2O 3,Ni 2O 3,Fe Ni O x ,Ni Cu O x and Ni Cu Mn O x showed high ctalytic activities on reduction of NO by CO,with SRR 100 00%,96 10%,100 00%,100 00% and 100 00% respectively.At the same time,the mechanism of catalytic reaction of CO reducing NO on the surface of metallic oxide was also discussed to comply with Redox mechanism.
