摘 要:根据跨界融合子基因工程菌降解豆制品废水动力学参数,在流量Q0和出水浓度Se设定情况下,推算在自控稳定回流系统中,生物量的停留时间θc和相应的比降解率q等参数数值,并代入约束方程和目标函数方程中,采用TubroC2.0计算机语言编制程序,计算出16组参数局部优化解.结果表明反应器中生物量X在16个局部水平,所需反应器体积V费用TA达最小值时。According to the kinetic parameters,the values of the biomass retention time θ c and the specific degradation rate q were firstly calculated for the inter kingdom fusant genetically engineered microorganism F OAZ degrading the soybean production wastewater in a stable automatic control system.Then the values of θ c, q ,and other parameters were introduced in the constraint equations and the function equation for the calculation of the objective function TA minimum value of reactor volume V cost and the relative variable values of biomass X ,return biomass X r and return flow Q r with the computer program of Tubro C 2 0 Language.The results show that it had an unique solution to Q r and X r respectively while the reactor volume was at the lowest level with X at each local level in 16 groups.There were 16 group local solutions obtained for the objective function TA and the variables X , X r and Q r,which could be used to design the treatment process and optimize the local parameters.
