摘 要:在对国内常见几种进口粉的性能进行分析研究的基础上,与太钢自产超细A精矿粉(-45μm≥85%)进行了优化配矿研究,得出了38%~45%A精矿粉与澳大利亚和巴西产地矿合理配矿及应用技术。2008年为了应对金融危机带来的不利影响,降低配矿成本,提高自产A精矿粉比例到51%,增配9%的澳洲产E矿粉以代替价格昂贵的巴西产D矿粉,通过采取一系列有效措施,优化混合料制粒参数及混合料水分、机速、风机闸门开度等其他工艺参数的合理匹配,生产的烧结矿产质量完全能够满足大型高炉生产需求,为4 350 m3高炉增铁节焦,指标优化奠定了基础。On the basis of the analysis of the several ordinary imported iron ores,the optimizing ore blend using the ultrafine concentrates and several imported ore were carried out.The ultrafine concentrates were produced at Taiyuan steel mill,whose size is 85% below 45 μm.It is found out the reasonable proportion of self-produced concentrate A is about 38%-45% with the iron ores from Australia and Brazil.In order to cope with the negative influence of financial crisis and make full use of owned-resource and cheap imported ores,the steel works enhance the proportion of concentrate A to 51% and add 9% of E ore from Australia instead of the expensive D ore from Brazil in the latter half of 2008.A series of effective measures,such as optimizing the technologic parameters of mixture pelletizing,content of moisture,machine speed and the open degree of blower valve,are adopted.The yield and quality of sinter ore completely meet with the demand of large blast furnace furthermore it lay the foundation of adding up the proportion of iron and saving coke ratio and optimizing index of the 4 350 m3 blast furnace.
