摘 要:采用有限元方法对薄带轧制过程中辊端压靠现象进行了深入分析,计算了辊端压靠对板形调节功效的影响,定义了对机型设计以及轧制工艺制定都有重要意义的临界压靠轧制力的概念。对薄带钢轧制中常见的3种机型的临界压靠轧制力域进行了比较,指出使用HC(UC)系列机型对于减轻薄带钢轧制过程中辊端压靠最有利,同时从辊形的角度对3种机型进行了优化改进,并通过对比计算验证了优化改进后的机型对改善薄带钢轧制过程中的辊端压靠更有利。在仿真计算的基础上,针对某厂镀锡线平整机压靠问题提出优化窜辊行程和中间辊端部辊形的技术方案,上机试验取得了明显应用效果。The phenomenon of Roll kiss in thin strip rolling was studied by FEM,and the influence of roll kiss on flatness control action was computed.The concept of critical roll kiss force is proposed,which is important to design of mill type and development of rolling process.The critical roll kiss force domain of three common mill types in thin strip rolling was compared,the results show that the HC(UC) series mill types are beneficial to reduce roll kiss in thin strip rolling,at the same time those mill types are optimized and improved from perspective of roll profile,and the optimized mill types are more beneficial to reduce roll kiss in thin strip rolling through calculation.On the base of simulation,according to the problem of roll kiss in a tin-plating temper mill,the technical program of optimization on middle roll shift and roll profile was tested in practical production and the good effect was obtained.
