摘　　要：介绍了莱钢大规格异形坯腹板裂纹的研究与控制,以异形坯的形状特殊性对凝固的影响为主线,阐述了大规格异形坯的工艺特点,对腹板裂纹的产生原因进行了深入研究,结合莱钢大规格异形坯的特点实施了有效的解决方案,在解决腹板裂纹控制方面取得了较好的效果。The research and control of web plate crack were introduced about the large type beam blank.According to the influence of the special shape of beam blank on steel solidification,the process feature of large type beam blank was stated,and the reasons for web plate crack were discussed deeply.Based on the characteristics of large type beam blank in Laiwu Steel,the effective measures were carried out,and the satisfying results were obtained for controlling the crack.
