摘　　要：提出了一种能适应移动网络的基于TMS320DM642的视音频监控系统,系统将低码率的视音频编码数据通过移动通信网络传输到远端服务器以实现远程监控,同时在本地硬盘实现指定码率的高质量存储以回放。最后给出了该系统的硬件系统设计和软件流程图,并总结了该系统的特点。A novel video and audio surveillance system based on TMS320DM642 DSP is proposed in this paper, which can fit mobile network. The low code rate video and audio data are transported to remote service for monitoring on mobile communication network, and they are saved on local disk in assign high code rate for playback. The hardware module design and software flow chart are presented in the paper, and the innovations of this system are summarized at last.
