摘  要:目的研究海参虫草复剂对链脲佐菌素(Streptozocin,STZ)诱导的糖尿病大鼠肾脏功能的调节作用。方法采用一次性腹腔注射STZ(60 mg.kg-1)建立糖尿病大鼠模型,在长期高血糖环境下造成对肾脏的损伤。经不同剂量(300和1 200 mg.kg-1)的海参虫草复剂灌胃8 w后,分别检测大鼠空腹血糖值,肾脏指数,血清中尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、尿酸(UA)含量;收集大鼠24 h尿液,分别检测尿液中总蛋白、微量白蛋白(mAlb)、BUN、Cr、UA、β-N乙酰葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)排出量。结果海参虫草复剂能显著降低糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖值和肾脏指数(P<0.05),显著降低血清中BUN、Cr、UA(P<0.01)含量,同时能够降低尿液中总蛋白排出量(P<0.01)以及mAlb排出量(P<0.05,P<0.01),降低尿液中BUN、UA排出量(P<0.01),减少NAG排出量(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论海参虫草复剂具有降低血糖、改善肾脏滤过功能的作用,对糖尿病大鼠肾脏具有一定的保护作用。Objective To study the protective effects of the mixture of Apostichopus japonicus and Cordyceps militaris on kidney of diabetic rats.Methods Rat diabetic model,in which the kidneys were damaged under long-term high levels of blood glucose,was induced by a single intraperitoneal injection of Streptozotocin(60 mg·kg-1).The diabetic rats were given different dosages of the mixture of Apostichopus japonicus and Cordyceps militaris(300 and 1 200 mg·kg-1) daily for 8 weeks,indices including the changes of the levels of fasting blood glucose,the renal index,the levels of BUN,Cr and UA in plasma,the excretion of protein,mAlb,BUN,UA and NAG in urine were determined.Results The mixture of Apostichopus japonicus and Cordyceps militaris showed remarkable hypoglycemic effects on diabetic rats(P0.05),and decreased the renal index(P0.05),the level of BUN,Cr and UA(P0.01) in plasma,and decreased excretion of protein(P0.01),mAlb(P0.05,P0.01),BUN(P0.01),UA(P0.01) and NAG(P0.05,P0.01) in urine.Conclusion The mixture of Apostichopus japonicus and Cordyceps militaris have hypoglycemic function,and can improve kidney function and hence has protective effects on kidney.
