摘  要:针对铁路货车重载和提速后轮轴种类增多、检修要求提高等新情况,探讨利用信息技术且结合轮轴检修自动控制设备和HMIS轮轴子系统实现轮轴检修信息化和自动化的方法,并给出了轮轴检修工艺布局和实施方案。In view of the new conditions of increased types of wheels and axles, higher inspection and repair requirements after heavy haul and speed increase of railway freight cars, the method to realize information and automation in inspection and repair of wheels and axles is discussed with the use of information technology combined with the automatic control equipment in inspection and repair of wheels and axles as well as the HMIS wheel-axle subsystem. The technology layout and application scheme of inspection and repair of wheels and axles are given.
