摘  要:利用氩等离子体预处理,结合紫外光引发,实现N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)在天然胶乳导尿管胶膜表面的接枝共聚。通过傅立叶转换红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜、接触角以及血小板粘附试验考察了NVP接枝共聚改性对导尿管胶膜表面形态、亲水性和抗凝血性的影响。结果表明,等离子体预处理2 min、紫外光照射10 min,可以得到较好的改性效果;经过NVP接枝共聚改性的导尿管胶膜表面的接触角由102.5°大幅下降至58.6°,血小板粘附数量明显减小,显著提高了导尿管胶膜的亲水性和抗凝血性。The surface of pre-vulcanized natural rubber latex(NRL) film of catheter was modified by argon plasma pretreatment and subsequent UV-inducing graft copolymerization with N-vinylpyrro-lidone (NVP). Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope ( SEM), water contact angle and platelet adhesion tests were carried out to investigate the effects of surface graft copolymerization of NVP on the morphology, hydrophilic and anti-coagulant properties of NRL film. The results showed that,the Ar-plasma pretreatment time of 2 rain and UV irradiation time of 10 rain were the proper condition for NVP graft copolymerization onto NRL film;the water contact angle of NRL film reduced from 102.5° to 58.6° and the numbers of adhered platelets decreased obviously after graft copolymerization of NVP, indicating the great improvement of hydrophilic and anti- coagulant characteristics of NRL film.
