摘  要:在不同表面活性剂辅助的水热条件下合成出纺锤形、花束状、纳米束和削角八面体形的YF3:Eu3+纳米发光材料,对其结构和性能进行了表征.XRD分析表明:样品为结晶良好的正交相YF3.由FESEM与TEM照片可见,不同表面活性剂的条件下,所合成样品的形貌不同.SEAD显示所得样品分别为多晶和单晶结构,EDX显示所得样品中含有F,Y和Eu三种元素.荧光光谱表明:YF3:Eu3+纳米晶的最强发射峰位于591nm,对应Eu3+的5D0→7F1的磁偶极跃迁发射,说明Eu3+占据YF3基质中Y3+晶格点的C2对称格位上.不同形貌样品的荧光光谱强度不同.Bouquet-shaped,spindle,nanobundle and truncated octahedral YF3:Eu3+nanomaterials were prepared using surfactant-assisted hydrothermal method,the properties and structure were characterized.XRD pattern showed that the samples are all orthogonal phase YF3 with good crystallization.FESEM and TEM images indicated that the samples with different morphologies are obtained by different surfactants.SEAD photoes showed that the samples are polycrystalline and single crystal,EDX pattern showed that the samples are composed by F,Y and Eu elements.Photoluminescence spectra showed that the strongest emission peak of YF3:Eu3+ nanocrystals is near 591 nm,corresponding to 5D0-7F1 magnetic dipole transition of Eu3+,which indicated that Eu3+ is sited in C2-symmetric site of Y3+ lattice point in YF3 host,and it is noted that the emission intensities are different from samples with different morphologies.
