摘　　要：工程机械产品结构复杂,外购配套件及外协加工件数量较大,大部分零件采购周期较长,仓库管理任务繁重,需要引入批次管理和标签管理技术来提高物品管理能力。通过分析企业仓储管理的实际业务需求,论述应用条码(BarCode)、无线网络接入点(Wireless Access Point简称AP)及掌上微型电脑(Personal Digital Assistant简称PDA),建立与ERP紧密集成的无线条码仓储管理系统(Warehouse Management System简称WMS)的设计方案。此系统经过开发与成功上线实施,在实际应用中取得了较好的效果。Due to complicated products structures, there is a huge volume of out-sourced and out-machined parts for an OEM in construction machinery industry. For the most parts, a relatively long delivery time is required so the warehouse management work is heavy and complicated, batch management and tags management techniques are introduced to enhance the management. On the basis of analyzing practical business requirements in warehouse management of an enterprise, design scheme of a wireless barcode warehouse management system closely integrated with ERP is described, applying barcode technique, wireless access point technique as well as PDA. The system has been on-line successfully and satisfactory results are obtained.
