摘　　要：60t桅杆式架梁起重机是应用于国家重点工程——京沪高速铁路及沪汉蓉通道南京大胜关长江大桥的主桥钢梁架梁专用设备,可满足在3片主桁上站位架梁,以及在水面或下层桥面取梁的架梁要求。该机中桁支点可以通过液压缸对起重机底座前横梁在钢梁3个支点的反力分配进行调节,走行系统为液压缸顶推轮箱走行,安全可靠。该机已圆满完成南京大胜关长江大桥的钢梁架设任务,表明该起重机的反力调节方案和走行系统的设计是成功的。The 60t mast type beam erecting crane is dedicated equipment applied to steel beam erecting for main bridge in national key project, Nanjing Dashengguan Yangtse River Bridge on JingHu express railway and HuHanRong rail route. It can meet the operation requirements of standing position beam erecting on three sections main trusses and beam picking up on water surface or on the lower bridge surface. On the machine, the middle trusses pivots can be adjusted through adjusting the distribution of reactive forces of front cross beam in bottom seat on three support points of the steel beam by hydraulic cylinders. The travel system is driven by a hydraulic cylinder pushing a wheel box, which is reliable and safe. With the machine, the steel beams erection for the bridge has been successfully finished, which demonstrates the success of reactive force adjustment scheme and the travel system design.
