摘　　要：为适应ZL60型节能装载机的市场需求,开发了电液换挡变速器。该型电液换挡变速器采用定轴式传动,前进四挡后退三挡,挡位多,结构简单,工艺性好,并可实现自动及半自动换挡,可以应用于ZL60型节能装载机及其他发动机功率为160～180kW的各种轮式工程机械的行走传动系统。In order to adapt to the market demanding of model ZL60 energy-saving loaders, the electro-hydraulic shifting transmission is developed. Counter shaft drive is adopted in the transmission with four gears forward and three gears reverse. Due to its simple structure, processibility is good. With it, automatic or semiautomatic shifting can be realized. Besides model ZL60 energy-saving loader, the transmission can be applied to various travel systems of wheel type construction machinery with engine powers from 160 kW to 180 kW.
