摘 要:轮式装载机工作环境恶劣,装载机自身系统又十分复杂,因此其结构件容易破坏失效。前车架是装载机的重要部件,对装载机前车架进行有限元分析与优化的关键是准确地确定其工作载荷。在恶劣工况条件下,前车架承受载荷,对前车架结构进行有限元分析,得出了应力分布情况。找出了导致前车架出现裂纹的原因,并提出了改进方案。实践证明,改进方案正确、可靠。Wheel loaders work in rigorous work conditions and feature very complicated systems themselves so that their structures tend to produce failures and damage. Front frame is an important part for a loader. Key process to conduct finite element analysis and optimization for the front frame is to determine its work loads. Under the preconditions of calculating loads on the front frame under rigorous conditions, finite element analysis is carried out on the frame and stresses distribution on it is obtained. Causes inducing fractures on the frame are found out and improvement scheme is suggested. Practice certifies that the scheme is correct and reliable.
