手心温度改变与“五心烦热”及阴虚证相关性的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探索手心温度改变与"五心烦热"及阴虚证相关性。方法采用临床观察方法,选取临床阴虚证有五心烦热症患者(A组)与无五心烦热症患者(B组)为研究观察对象,设非阴虚证有五心烦热(C组)与正常人(D组)为对照组,测试其手心温度,观察手足心温度变化与五心烦热及阴虚证之间的相关性。结果除A组与C组间无统计学意义外(P>0.05),其余各组间均具有统计学意义(A组与B组比较P<0.05,其余各组间比较均P<0.01)。结论手足心温度变化与五心烦热及阴虚证之间均具有一定的关系。Objective To discuss correlation between palm temperature change and five center heat Yin deficiency pattern.Methods Patients were divided into four groups as A Yin deficiency with five center heat,B Yin deficiency without five center heat,C Non-Yin deficiency with five center heat,and D normal control group.Palm temperature was tested and correlation between palm temperature change and five center heat Yin deficiency pattern was discussed.Results there is no statistic meaning between group A and C（P0.05）.There is statistic meaning between all other groups.A B（P0.05）,the rest groups（P0.01）.Conclusion There is correlation between palm temperature change and five center heat Yin deficiency pattern.
