钙拮抗剂对老年高血压胰岛素抵抗影响的评价

摘　　要：目的观察钙拮抗剂对老年高血压胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法钙拮抗剂治疗老年高血压胰岛素抵抗６１例，男４５例，女１６例，平均年龄（６７８±５３）岁。硝苯地平１０ｍｇ，每日３次，或尼莫地平２０ｍｇ，每日３次，口服，连服３０天为１疗程，并根据血压情况，调整剂量和服药次数。结果钙拮抗剂有明显的降压作用（Ｐ＜００１），而对胰岛素抵抗各项参数无显著性差异（Ｐ＞００５）。结论钙拮抗剂对老年高血压胰岛素抵抗患者只有降压作用，而对胰岛素抵抗无改善作用。Objective The effect of calcium antagonist on insulin resistance in aged patients with hypertension was observed. Methods 61 hypertension patients with insulin resistance,male 45,female (16,67 8±5 3)years of age were treated with calcium antagonists,Nifedipine 10 mg or Nimodipine 20 mg,three times a day,for 30 days(the dosage might be adjusted according to the blood pressure). Results After treatment with calcium antagonist for 3 months,the blood pressure decreased significantly ( P <0 01),but no marked difference was observed with regards to insulin resistance parameters ( P >0 05). Conclusions In aged hypertension patients with insulin resistance,calcium antagonists decreased the blood pressure,but did not improve the insulin resistance.
