脱氢表雄酮对老年男性体脂分布与血脂的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨脱氢表雄酮对老年男性体脂分布与血脂的影响。方法对照分析６４例老年肥胖男性者［体重指数（ＢＭＩ）≥２５］口服不同剂量脱氢表雄酮硫酸酯后体脂与血脂的变化。结果口服脱氢表雄酮硫酸酯２５ｍｇ，每日１次，３月后较服药前ＢＭＩ下降（３６９±０５２）％、股骨皮下脂肪厚度减少（６４８±２２１）％、肾周脂肪减少（２４２±１９１）％。口服脱氢表雄酮硫酸酯５０ｍｇ，每日１次，３月后较服药前ＢＭＩ下降（２３６±０７２）％、股骨皮下脂肪厚度减少（１６７±０８９）％、肾周脂肪减少（２８７±１４７）％。２组与对照组有明显差别（Ｐ＜００５）。血脂未发现明显变化。结论老年人口服脱氢表雄酮对改变体脂分布有一定的作用，但对血脂无明显作用。Objective To study the effect of DHEA on the body fat distribution and serum lipids in aged fatty males with BMI≥25. Methods Sixty four fatty males,60～78 years of age,were divided at random into 3 groups.To Group 1,DHEA 25 mg·d 1 was given orally for 3 months and to Group 2,DHEA 50 mg·d 1 was administered also for 3 moths.Group 3 served as the control.The body fat at different localities and the serum lipids were determined at the beginning of and the end of observation. Results Three months after the administration of DHEA,the BMI reduced by (3 69±0 52)%,the subcutaneous fat of thigh reduced by (6 48±2 21)%,and the perirenal fat reduced by (2 42±1 91)% in Group 1,while in Group 2,they reduced by (2 36±0 72)%,(1 67±0 89)% and (2 87±0 47)% respectively.The corresponding data of both groups were significantly different from those of the control group( P <0 05).On the other hand,the serum lipids of these groups were not significantly different from the control. Conclusions In elderly fatty males,DHEA can influence body fat distribution but not serum lipid values.
