摘 要:技术同时作为环境问题来源与解决手段的矛盾现象即"技术-环境悖论"的存在与技术本身的特性密切相关,而技术特性的辩证运动又提供了超越这一"悖论"的可能。一种以人与自然、社会协调发展为理念、环境友好自然技术为基础以及与之契合与互动的环境友好社会技术为支撑的新绿色技术系统的构建与运行则把"技术-环境悖论"超越的可能变为现实。不仅如此,在"悖论"的超越中,绿色技术系统还将为我们"形塑"一幅人与自然、社会和谐共生与协调发展的文明图景。The paradox of "technology-environment" which means technology is the source of environmental problems and the method to solve these problems relates closely to the characteristics of technology itself,and the dialectical moving process of technology provides the possibility to transcend the paradox.The construction and operation of a new green technology system bring the transcendence into reality,which combined with the harmonious development between human,nature and society as the idea,the environment-friendly natural technology as the basic,the environment-friendly social technology coincided and interacted with the idea and the natural technology as the support.Also during the transcending process,the green technology system will brings us a new kind of civilization in which human,nature,and society will coexist harmoniously and develop coordinately.
