加味痛泻要方预防急性放射性肠炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察加味痛泻要方预防急性放射性肠炎的作用。方法:60例行盆腔野放射治疗肿瘤(前列腺癌,宫颈癌,直肠癌术后)患者随机分为两组,试验组在放疗同时配合口服加味痛泻药方,早晚各1剂。对照组不给予预防措施。结果:试验组发生放射性肠炎的时间明显推后(P<0.05),且Ⅰ级以下放射性肠炎比例明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味痛泻要方对急性放射性肠炎具有预防作用。Objective：To evaluate whether jiawei Tongxieyaofang Decoction has the effect on the cancer patients having taken the cavitas pelvis irradiation to prevent them from suffering the complication of acute radiation enteritis.Method：A total of 60 patients with cavitas pelvis irradiation,including prostate cancer,cervical cancer,postoperative rectal cancer（dixon）,were randomly divided into two groups.Group A took jiawei Tongxieyaofang Decoction orally concurrently with irradiation,twice everyday,Group B did not take the prevention intervention.Result：The time to happen radiation enteritis in Group A was more longer than in Group B（P0.05）,and the incidence of under grade 1 radiation enteritis in Group A was more than in Group B（P0.05）.Conclusion：Jiawei Tongxieyaofang Decoction has the preventive effect on acute radiation enteritis.
