摘　　要：介绍了以单片机为核心的混凝土称重配料系统,可对多种物料进行精确称重配料。对系统的控制策略进行了研究,提出了对系统误差的处理方法,有效提高了系统的称量精度,并进行切实可靠的软硬件设计,使系统称量精确可靠。This paper describes a microcontroller as the core of concrete weigh batching system.It can be a variety of materials,accurate weighing of ingredients.Of the system control strategy has been studied and put forward approach to the systematic error,which effectively improves weighing accuracy of the system and carry out practical and reliable hardware and software design,making the system accurate and reliable weighing.
