摘  要:对马尾松热磨机械浆(TMP)进行了过氧化氢(H2O2)、甲脒亚磺酸盐(FAS)单段漂白以及H2O2-FAS两段漂白实验的研究。结果表明,H2O2漂白马尾松TMP较适宜的工艺条件为H2O2用量2.5%,NaOH用量1.3%,Na2SiO3用量2.5%,浆浓20%,温度80℃,时间60min;FAS漂白马尾松TMP较适宜的工艺条件为FAS用量2.5%,NaOH用量0.625%,浆浓15%,温度80℃,时间75min。H2O2、FAS单段漂白后纸浆白度分别为72.6%ISO和58.2%ISO,H2O2-FAS两段漂白后纸浆白度可达76.3%ISO。The bleaching effects of H2O2, formamidine sulfinic acid (FAS) and H2O2-FAS on Pinus massoniana themomechanical pulp (TMP) were concerned. The results showed that the optimum H2O2 bleaching conditions were as followed: H2O2 2.5%, NaOH 1.3%, Na2SiO3 2.5%, pulp consistency 20%, reaction temperature 80 ℃ and reaction time 60 min. The optimum FAS bleaching conditions were: FAS 2.5%, NaOH 0.625%, pulp consistency 15%, reaction temperature 80 ℃ and reaction time 75 min. The brightness of pulp bleached by H2O2 and FAS was 72.6%ISO and 58.2%ISO respectively, while the brightness of pulp bleached by two-stages H2O2-FAS was 76.3%ISO.
