摘　　要：目的:探讨我院近年来中药不良反应(ADR)的发生情况及原因。方法:对我院收集到的2008年2月～2009年6月154例中药ADR报告,根据患者的年龄、性别、用药情况涉及器官或系统以及临床表现进行统计分析。结果:中药ADR所累及的器官或系统以皮肤及其附件损害最为常见;剂型以中药注射剂引起的ADR最多。结论:应重视中药制剂,加强对中药ADR的监测工作,以降低ADR的发生率。OBJECTIVE：To investigate the status quo and causes of adverse drug reaction（ADR） caused by traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） in our hospital.METHODS：154 ADR cases reported in our hospital from Feb.2008 to Jun.2009 were analyzed statistically in respect of age and gender of patients,organs and systems involved in ADR and its clinical manifestation.RESULTS：Main clinical manifestations were lesion of skin and its appendents.Most of ADR cases were caused by TCM injections.CONCLUSION：Great importance should be attached to TCM injections and its monitoring to reduce the incidence of ADR.
