摘 要:提出一种基于半导体光放大器(SOA)-马赫曾德尔干涉仪(MZI)-延迟干涉仪(DI)单臂调制的全光自同步时钟提取方案。该方案利用SOA的交叉增益调制(XGM)和交叉相位调制(XPM)调制原理结合SOA-MZI单臂调制和DI干涉仪实现同步时钟的提取。给出了数学模型和数值理论仿真,仿真结果表明,当输入的光分组速率为100Gb/s时,提取出的同步时钟脉冲的对比度高于19dB,在仿真结果基础上,分析了SOA不同内部参数和输入光脉冲参数对系统对比度的影响,得出一组系统优化参数。The synchronization clock extraction in optical field is one of key technologies for all-optical packet switching realization. All-optical synchronization clock extraction based on single arm modulation of SOA-MZI-DI was proposed in the paper. The scheme uses the XGM and XPM of SOA, associated with Maher-Zehnder and DI interference to realize the synchronization clock extraction. Giving a theoretical model and doing numerical simulation. The numerical analysis and simulation results showed that more than 19dB contrast ratio could be achieved under the optical packet rate 100Gbit/s for the extracted synchronization clock pulse. On the basis of the result, the influence of the parameters of SOA and input optical pulses on contrast ratio of the system were analyzed, a group of optimized system parameters also were achieved in this paper.
