摘　　要：介绍了由蓝星(北京)化工机械有限公司设计、制造、并负责工程安装、开车调试的离子膜法烧碱蒸发装置的特点、工艺流程、试运行中存在的问题及解决措施。实际运行证明:该三效逆流工艺汽耗达到世界同类装置的先进水平。The characteristics, process flow of an evaporation plant of ion-exchange membrane caustic soda were introduced as well as the problems occurred during test run and the solving measures. The plant was designed, manufactured, engineering installed by Lanxing （Beijing） Chemical Machinery Co. , Ltd. , which was also responsible for start-up and adjustment of the plant. The practical running proved that the steam consumption of the plant reached the advanced level of similar plants at home and abroad.
