心理援助对提高护理人员心理健康水平的效果评价

摘　　要：目的为护理人员提供心理援助,提高其心理健康水平。方法采用症状自评量表对护士进行调查,对存在不同程度心理问题的68名护士运用心理健康讲座、情绪释放技术、音乐即兴表达法等提供心理援助。结果有心理问题的护理人员占医院临床护士的41.72%,表现在躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐惧、偏执、精神病性9项因子得分均高于中国常模(P<0.05或P<0.01),经心理援助后其各项因子得分下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),与中国常模比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对护理人员实施心理援助可有效提高其心理健康水平。Objective To provide the psychological assistance for nurses and improve their mental health. Methods The psychological assistance measures included psychological health lectures, emotion release techniques, instant music expression, and other psychological therapy skills. The Symptom Checklist 90 was used to assess before and after the intervention. Results There were 41.72% of clinical nurses with psychological problems in our hospital. The scores of the nine factors of somatization, obsession, interpersonal relation, depression, anxiety, hostility, fear, paranoia, psychosis were higher than the norm in China （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. After the psychological assistance, the scores decreased remarkably（ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ） and were no difference compared with the norm （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Providing psychological assistance for nurses can effectually improve their psychological health.
