摘　　要：目的探讨破伤风抗毒素脱敏注射知情同意书的应用及效果。方法对门诊注射室破伤风抗毒素皮试阳性患者,签署破伤风抗毒素脱敏注射知情同意书并进行健康教育。结果应用破伤风抗毒素知情同意书后无纠纷、投诉发生。结论在行破伤风抗毒素脱敏注射中应用破伤风抗毒素脱敏注射知情同意书,维护了患者和护士自身的合法权益,有效降低了脱敏注射的风险,防范了护患纠纷的发生。Objective To explore the application method and effect of the informed consent paper of tetanus antitoxin desensitization injection. Methods In the outpatient injection room, patients with positive result of tetanus antitoxin skin test signed on the informed consent paper and received health education. Results After the application of the informed consent paper, no disputes or complaints occurred. Conclusion The application of the informed consent paper of tetanus antitoxin desensitization injection could protect the legal rights of patients and nurses, and effectively reduce the risk of desensitization injections, and prevent patient - nurse disputes and suits.
