超声在宫外孕诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨宫外孕的声像图特征,总结几种常见声像图的鉴别,以提高超声早期诊断宫外孕的水平。方法:对123例临床诊断宫外孕患者,采用经腹部阴道二维及彩色多普勒超声检查,将超声结果与临床病理及随访资料进行对比分析。结果:123例中误诊3例,漏诊3例,诊断准确性为95.1%,误诊率为2.4%,漏诊率2.4%。结论:阴道腹部二维及彩色多普勒图像分析,结合临床可提高宫外孕的早期诊断率。Objective： the purpose of this paper was to investingate the ultrasonic features of early ectopic pregnancy（EP） and to summarize the differential diagnosis （DD） of some common kinds of ultrasonic image （UI） in order to improve ultrasound diagnosis rate early EP.Methods： A total of 123 cases suspected as EP under went abdominal and transvaginal two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasonography .The ultrasonic findings and the clinical pathology were analyzed and compared.Results： Among the 123 case of EP ,The positive coincidence rate was 95.1% ,misdiagnosis rate was 2.4% and missed diagnosis rate 2.4% .Conclusions： Transvaginal two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasonography detection combined with clinical finding can improve the accurate diagnosis rate of early EP.
