摘　　要：目的:探讨有机磷农药中毒的抢救措施及护理要点。方法:回顾性分析51例有机磷农药中毒患者的抢救及护理过程。结果:通过抢救和护理,绝大多数患者治愈,预后良好。结论:及时抢救措施和专业护理是有机磷农药中毒患者救治成功的关键。Objective： To discuss the experience of nursing on acute organophosphate poisoning patients.Methods：To analyse the rescue and nursing on 51 acute organophosphate poisoning patients from June.2005 to June.2008 in emergency department.Results： Forty-five patients were rescue successfully,four patients were died and two patients given up.the success rate reached 88.3%.Conclusion： The right measure of rescue and professional nursing are the key to the success of acute organophosphate poisoning patients＇ rescue.
