循证护理在低血钾性麻痹患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨循证护理在低血钾性麻痹患者中的应用。方法:选择38例低血钾性麻痹患者,成立循证护理小组,在护理查房中提出问题,查找相关循证依据,制定护理方案。对患者进行情绪、静脉通道、静脉补钾速度、麻痹症状、饮食康复等方面护理干预。结果:38例患者中37例病人情绪相对稳定,能主动配合治疗和护理,对医护人员信任感增强。静脉输液无1例外渗。在48小时内本组患者血钾浓度均>3.5mmol/L。患者无压疮等并发症发生。患者主动配合饮食干预和药物服用。结论:循证护理提高了护理质量,应在临床护理中推广应用。Objective： To investigate the value of EBN in patient of hypokalemia.Methods： Thirty-eight patients with hypokalemia were selected between June 2007 and June 2009.We established group of EBN,by observing inward patients every morning we find problems and looked for evidence of those.We set down some relative measures and intervened in nursing of emotion,way of vein,velocity of complement potassium,numbness symptoms and healthy diet.Results： All patients had no transudtion.Thirty-seven of them had steady emotion,cooperated with and trust doctors and nurses as well.Thirty-eight patients＇ potassium density was over three point five mol without bedsore and other complications.Conclusion： EBN can improve quality of nursing and should be applied popularly.
