摘　　要：参考马斯洛基本需要层次论并阅读大量文献从中总结了ICU患者不良心理反应的具体表现、评价工具和对机体带来的损伤,并对患者在ICU环境下产生不良心理应激的原因及对其预见性的护理展开陈述,目的为临床更好的避免和减轻不良心理应激对机体的伤害提供参考。This paper summarized the ICU patients’s specific performance,evaluation tools and body damage under adverse psychological reaction,which referred to Maslow＇s hierarchy theory for basic needs and lots of literature ,made a statement to the cause of adverse psychological stress and foresight of nursing under the ICU environment.Aimed to provide the referrence with avoiding and reducing clinical adverse psychological stress on the damage of organism.
