16例肝豆状核变性脾切除术患者术前心理状况的调查

摘　　要：目的探讨肝豆状核变性(wilson′s disease,WD)脾切除患者术前心理状况,并提出相应的对策。方法采用症状自评量表(symptom checklist 90,SCL-90)对16例行脾切除术WD患者的术前心理状态进行调查并与普外科择期手术患者的心理状态进行比较。结果 WD脾切除术患者术前在人际关系、敌对、偏执、精神病性因子均分和总分均高于普外择期手术患者,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。WD术前患者的心理问题比普外择期手术患者更为突出。结论针对WD脾切除术患者出现的各种心理问题采取积极的和针对性的护理干预,可缓解患者的负性情绪,对保证手术顺利进行具有重要的意义。Objective To investigate the postoperative psychological status of Wilson＇s disease（WD） patients undergoing spleneetomy. Method Symptom checklist 90（SCL-90） was used to investigate the preoperative psychological status of WD patients undergoing spleneetomy, which was compared with that of the patients undergoing selective operations in the general surgery department. Result The WD patients undergoing splenectomy scored higher significantly than those undergoing selective operations in respect of interpersonal relationships, hostility, paranea, and other psychosis-related factors （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The nursing interventions pertinent to the psychological status and beneficial for the relieves of negative moods in the patients is key for the assurance of successful spleneetomy.
