超声引导下应用改良塞丁格技术行PICC在危重患者中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下应用改良塞丁格穿刺技术经外周静脉穿刺置入中心静脉导管(peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC)在危重患者中的应用效果。方法在视锐5超声引导下应用改良塞丁格穿刺技术对16例危重患者行PICC。结果 16例危重患者均成功置入PICC导管,无1例出现并发症。结论视锐5超声引导下应用改良塞丁格穿刺技术行PICC较常规置管具有准确定位靶向血管、提高穿刺成功率;同时能满足危重患者治疗及抢救的需要,有效提者抢救成功率和护理质量。Objective To explore the application of ultrasound-guided peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC） insertion using modified Seldnger puncture technique in critical patients. Method Uhrasound-guided peripherally inserted central catheter insertion using modified Seldnger puncture technique was performed in 16 critical patients. Result Catheters were successfully inserted in all 16 patients and no complications were observed. Conclusions Compared with regular catheter insertion, ultrasound-guided catheter insertion using modified Seldnger puncture technique is better at accurate orientation of target vessel and high successful rate. Besides, it can fillfill the need of critical patients and increase the success rate of rescue and the nursing quality.
