摘 要:目的探讨雾化吸入与振动式排痰联合治疗肺部感染患者的效果及总结护理要点。方法将本院2007年7月-2009年12月收治的220例有痰液阻塞的肺部感染患者随机分为治疗组114例和对照组106例,两组均给予负压吸引器吸痰、吸氧、抗感染、化痰、解痉平喘或人工通气等对症治疗,治疗组在以上基础上,再应用雾化吸入、振动式排痰联合治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗1W后,治疗组有效率为91.2%,对照组为67.0%,两组疗效比较,x^2=19.847,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论雾化吸入与振动式排痰联合治疗肺部感染痰液堵塞患者,有利于迅速解除患者气道阻塞症状,提高氧合浓度,促进患者肺部病灶吸收,提高了治疗效果。Objective To investigate the joint effect of atomized inhalation and oscillatory exclusion of sputum on pulmonary infections and summarize the nursing strategies. Methods 220 patients with pulmonary infections from ohstruent sputum during July 2007 and December 2009 were assigned into the treatment group (n = 114) and the control group (n = 106), both managed with sputum-sucking by vacuum extractor, inhalation of oxygen, anti-infection, sputum dissipation, elimination of wheeze by spasmolysis or artificial ventilation. Meanwhile, the treatment group was added with the joint treatment of atomized inhalation and oscillatory exclusion of sputum. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results 1 week after treatment, the effective rates of the treatment and control group were 91.2% and 67.0%, respectively. Statistically, the treatment group was significantly better than the control in curative effect (X^2 = 19.847, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Atomized inhalation and oscillatory expectoration are jointly effective on pulmonary infections due to quick elimination of airway obstruction, increaseing oxygenation and promoting the recovery of infectious loci.
