自体CIK细胞联合白介素-2治疗高龄血液病患者的疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的观察采用自体细胞因子诱导杀伤细胞(cytokine induced killer cell,CIK)联合白介素-2治疗高龄血液病患者的效果,并总结其护理经验。方法总结和分析30例高龄血液病患者采用自体CIK细胞联合白介素-2治疗的效果和护理经验。结果 30例患者分别完成6-10个疗程。活动耐力明显改善18例,食欲明显改善16例;无1例患者出现外周血血象、肝功能、肾功能、心肌酶、血糖及电解质等异常变化。结论治疗期间做好患者的心理护理和严密观察不良反应,对减少不良反应的发生和保证治疗顺利进行具有积极的意义。Objective To investigate the curative effect of autologous CIK therapy supplemented with IL-2 on hematologic elderly patients and summarize the nursing experience. Method The curative effects and the experience in treating and nursing 30 elderly patients undergoing autologous CIK therapy supplemented with IL-2 were summarized and analyzed. Results All of the 30 patients completed the 6 - 10 courses of the treatment. 18 of them had significant improvements in physical tolerance, 16 had significant improvements in appetite and none of them had abnormal changes in peripheral blood hemogram, liver function, renal function, myocardial enzymes, blood glucose and electrolytes. Conclusion Mental nursing and close observation of the adverse reactions during the treatment are the key points to reduce the incidence of the adverse reaction and increase successful treatment.
