摘　　要：药用植物转录组学研究已经成为药用植物基因组研究中最活跃的领域之一。以转录组学的产生、发展和研究方法为基础,介绍了药用植物中转录组学的应用现状,重点介绍了转录组学当前采用的技术手段以及在西洋参、丹参、乌拉尔甘草功能基因组学中的研究进展。同时对转录组学在药用植物中的发展前景进行了讨论。Transcriptomics study concerning medicinal plants has become the most active area in medicinal plant genome research. Here we report the application status of transcriptomics in medicinal plants based on emergence, development and methodology of transcriptomics. We focus on the technical means used in transcriptomics and highlight the progress in the functional genomics in Panax quinquefolius, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Glycyrrhiza uralensis. Finally we discuss the developmental trend of transcriptomics in medicinal plants.
